If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the Practice Nurse approximately eight weeks prior to travel to plan your immunisations.
Travel vaccinations
Questionnaire
To help us offer the appropriate advice, please complete a travel questionnaire either online or pick one up from our reception.
The travel questionnaire must be completed and returned to the Practice at least five working days before your appointment. This will allow the practice nurse to check your requirements and contact you in case of query.
Vaccinations required
Please check with your travel agent what would be required if you make a late booking as some vaccines need to be given at least 10 days prior to commencement of your holiday.
Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
Please note we are not a designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.
