Patient Participation Group Meeting
Tuesday 8th August 2023 1.30pm @ Shipley Library
Alan Camplin welcomed everyone to the meeting with 22 attendees, 15 from Windhill Green, 3 from Saltaire, 1 from Baildon, 2 from Cottingley plus our speaker.
Alan introduced Kathryn Leakey from Carers’ Resource who gave a detailed resume of the services offered by them, the support available, the help and advice available. Carers can be of virtually any age from children looking after their parent(s) to the elderly caring for their loved ones. Support is wide ranging and anyone wishing to register as a carer should primarily do this via the surgery, so that they are aware, who will then pass on your details to Carers’ Resource.
